This contract shall be automatically renewed under the same terms unless either party gives notice of termination as stipulated herein. 除非任一方按本合同规定提前通知终止,本合同自动续约。

- The Employer shall pay the FDW not less than the salary declared to MOM. Salary shall be paid monthly, no later than 7 days after the end of each salary period. 雇主应按时支付不低于向 MOM 申报的薪资。
- The Employer shall not retain the FDW's salary, bank books, ATM cards, or any personal financial documents. 雇主不得扣留女佣的薪资、银行存折、ATM 卡或个人财务文件。
- All salary payments shall be documented with written records signed by both parties. 所有薪资支付须有双方签字的书面记录。
4. Rest Days 休息日

- The FDW is entitled to one rest day per week. The FDW shall have at least one rest day per month that cannot be compensated away (per MOM regulations effective 1 Jan 2023). 女佣每周享有一天休息日,每月至少一天不可用补偿替代。
- If the FDW agrees to work on a rest day, the Employer shall pay additional compensation of at least one day's salary. 若女佣同意在休息日工作,雇主须额外支付不少于一天薪资的补偿。
- The FDW is free to spend rest days at any location of her choice. 女佣可自由选择休息日的活动地点。
5. Food and Accommodation 食宿
Food Arrangement:
- The Employer shall provide the FDW with adequate food (3 meals per day) or a food allowance as agreed. If the FDW has dietary restrictions (religious, health, or personal), the Employer shall reasonably accommodate or provide a food allowance. 雇主须为女佣提供充足膳食或食物津贴。
- The Employer shall provide acceptable accommodation that protects from environmental elements and affords reasonable privacy. 雇主须提供合理的住宿条件。
6. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
The FDW shall perform the following domestic duties diligently and honestly at the Employer's residential address only: 女佣应在雇主住宅内勤恳诚实地履行以下家务职责:
The FDW shall not be deployed to work for any person other than the Employer, or at any address other than the Employer's registered residential address. 女佣不得为雇主以外的人工作,也不得在雇主注册住址以外的地方工作。
7. Medical Care and Insurance 医疗与保险
- The Employer shall purchase and maintain medical insurance (minimum S$60,000/year inpatient coverage) and personal accident insurance (minimum S$60,000) for the FDW throughout the employment period. 雇主须为女佣购买医疗保险和人身意外保险。
- All insurance costs shall be borne solely by the Employer and shall not be deducted from the FDW's salary. 保险费用由雇主全额承担,不得从女佣薪资中扣除。
- The Employer shall arrange and pay for the FDW's medical examination within 14 days of arrival and 6-monthly medical examinations thereafter. 雇主须安排并支付女佣的入境体检及每半年的定期体检。
- The Employer shall send the FDW for medical treatment whenever necessary. 雇主须在女佣需要时安排就医。
8. Termination 合同终止
Notice Period:
- Either party may terminate this contract by giving the agreed notice period in writing. The terminating party may alternatively pay compensation in lieu of notice (equivalent to the salary for the notice period). 任何一方可书面提前通知终止合同,或支付相应期限的薪资作为代通知金。
- Upon termination, the Employer shall settle all outstanding salary, accrued benefits, and compensation for unused leave before the FDW's last working day. 终止时,雇主须在女佣最后工作日前结清所有未付薪资和福利。
- The Employer may terminate immediately without notice for serious misconduct by the FDW. 女佣有严重不当行为时,雇主可立即终止合同。
9. Repatriation 遣返
The Employer shall bear the full cost of repatriating the FDW to her home country upon termination or expiry of this contract, including one-way air ticket with checked baggage, connecting transport, and reasonable transit allowance. 合同终止或到期时,雇主须承担女佣返回原籍国的全部费用。
10. Prohibited Salary Deductions 禁止的薪资扣除
The Employer shall not deduct the following from the FDW's salary: work permit renewal fees, security bond, medical insurance premiums, repatriation costs, levy, compulsory training fees, or medical examination fees. 雇主不得从女佣薪资中扣除以下费用:工作准证续签费、保证金、医疗保险费、遣返费、levy、培训费或体检费。
11. Continuous Rest 连续休息
The FDW shall be given a minimum of 8 consecutive hours of rest per day. 女佣每天应享有至少连续 8 小时的休息时间。

Both parties have read and understood the terms of this contract and agree to abide by them. This contract is executed in duplicate, with each party retaining one copy. 双方已阅读并理解本合同所有条款,同意遵守执行。本合同一式两份,双方各持一份。
